Shipping Policy

Domestic (Malaysia)

  • Current orders take up to 2-5 business days to arrive.

  • Delivery Fee of RM10 for West Malaysia and RM12 For East Malaysia

  • Free shipping for orders more than RM200.

International

  • Should there be customs charges, you, the buyer, are responsible for the fees. We, as the seller, are not responsible for any customs charges.

  • Current orders usually take 5-10 business days to arrive.

  • Orders could take up to 4 weeks to arrive after they are shipped as they have to pass through customs. 

  • The Delivery Fee for orders from South East Asia countries is RM150 for regular shipping. FREE DELIVERY for the order which exceeds RM500 (equivalent to USD125).

  • The Delivery Fee for orders from other countries of the world is RM250 for regular shipping. FREE DELIVERY for orders from other countries as stated above which exceeds RM1000 (equivalent to USD250).

 

General

  • Should there be any problems with your order please let us know as soon as possible with your INVOICE NUMBER. Your satisfaction is our utmost priority and we will try our best to resolve any issues that might occur. We would serve you the best you could ever have! 24/7 we’ll be there for you! Return & Exchange Policy

At Pure Elements, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. If you can’t find the information you’re looking for - please don’t hesitate to contact us today! Your satisfaction is our priority.. If your package arrives broken or you received incorrect items, we are glad to assist you for your replacement. Replacement is only allowed for the same item from your order. We may ask you to return the incorrect products and we will be providing the return instruction.

However, unfortunately, we do not refund due to general dissatisfaction or take account for the allergic reactions our customers may have.
